Stink Returns as YDA 2026 Prime Sponsor

As YDA moves toward the culmination of its brand-new 2026 edition this June, it is time to reveal the names of those providing the strongest support behind the scenes.

YDA is proud to welcome back Stink as a Prime Sponsor for 2026 – a continued reflection of the company’s commitment to supporting industry’s leading award dedicated to the discovery of emerging directorial talent. Over the years, Stink has become one of YDA’s key partners, helping bring both the competition and the industry-loved Cannes events to life.

2026 also marks another milestone in the long-standing collaboration between YDA and Stink. Daniel Bergman has officially joined the YDA as an Ambassador. YDA Ambassadors are long-time allies of the award who advocate for YDA within their professional communities and work closely with the team to help expand the award’s global reach while supporting its talent-first philosophy and mission. Daniel continues to play an important role in helping steer YDA forward.

Among the latest updates from Stink globally, the company has welcomed an exciting mix of emerging talent, from Anna van der Velde and Claryn Chong to Rosalie Charrier, Andrew De Zen, Angie Bárcenas, and PET, alongside established voices such as Abhinav Bratiman and Hannah Maria Heidrich.

Recent work from the company also continues to make an impact internationally. Anderson Wright’s ACLU campaign helped raise awareness around the birthright citizenship case that reached the US Supreme Court, while previous YDA winners at Stink, including Giordano Maestrelli and Katie Lambert, continue to build momentum internationally.

YDA is proud and excited to have Stink on board once again. Partnerships like this are what make it possible for YDA to continue its mission of discovering and celebrating the new voices shaping tomorrow’s industry.
