YDA 2026 Welcomes Back LA\PAC as Prime Sponsor

YDA was originally created by producers, for producers –  and nearly three decades later, it continues to thrive thanks to the support of the global production community. As the 2026 Cannes edition approaches, YDA is proud to continue revealing and celebrating the Prime Sponsors helping make this year’s award possible.

LA\PAC returns as a YDA 2026 Prime Sponsor, reinforcing a close relationship with the award built around shared values and the belief that discovering and nurturing emerging talent remains central to the role of producers today.

Jérôme Denis, CEO of LA\PAC, former YDA juror, and long-time supporter of the award, has also been part of the YDA Ambassadors board since 2025. Since then, he has continued to advocate for YDA within the French production community and throughout his wider professional network. One of the directions of Jérôme’s work as Ambassador is helping ensure that emerging French directors are represented on YDA’s global stage, with their work seen and recognized internationally.

Among the latest news from LA\PAC, the company remains true to its mantra — ‘It’s all about people’ — as 2026 continues to bring growth, new encounters, and deepening creative relationships. LA\PAC has continued to welcome fresh and singular voices to its roster, among them Elora Thevenet and Hunter Hornof, whose installation is currently unfolding at the Danish Pavilion of the Venice Biennale. At the same time, the company continues to support and evolve alongside the directors who have helped shape its identity over the years.

Truman & Cooper recently signed a striking and deeply human campaign for The Salvation Army, while Jodeb brought quiet emotional force to a film for Médecins Sans Frontières. AB/CD/CD continued pushing creative boundaries with PMU, while Colin Solal Cardo further cemented his status as one of the most distinctive voices in international music video through his latest film for Harry Styles alongside a luminous campaign for L’Oréal. Quentin Deronzier, meanwhile, carried the LA\PAC name onto the international stage with his trailer for the Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics — a film that travelled far beyond France.

Alongside these creative developments, LA\PAC also launched LA PAC FILMS — a new home dedicated to long-form storytelling and ambitious, author-driven narratives that reflect the company’s evolving creative ambitions.

YDA is proud and grateful to have LA\PAC on board as a Prime Sponsor and close ally of the award. Partnerships like this continue to play an essential role in helping bring YDA 2026 to life and supporting its mission of championing the next generation of filmmaking talent.
