One Week to Go for YDA 2010 Entries

A lot can happen in a week. So there’s still time to get your entries in for YDA 2010. The deadline has been extended until next week (April 30), and with career-boosting exposure, thousands of metres of 35mm film and industry-wide coverage on offer, what’s not to lose?

We’re on the look out for the most creative commercials, test spots, virals and branded short films from new directors. So if you were born to create drama, head over to the main Young Director Award site where you can upload your films directly. Entry is free for film school categories so for anyone about to graduate and make their way in the big bad world, a YDA win under your belt could be just the thing to get a directing career up and running.

Winners will be announced and shortlisted films screened on June 23 in Cannes, right in the thick of the international Cannes advertising festival week.
